HOTEL & TRAVEL ACCOMMODATIONS
ePlus has reserved a block of hotel rooms for all Partner attendees at a discounted group rate at the official event headquarters:
The Diplomat Beach Resort 3555 South Ocean Drive Hollywood, FL 33019
- Room rate: $315 per night, plus applicable taxes & fees
- Dates Available: Tuesday, May 12 – Thursday, May 14
- Room Block: A maximum of two (2) rooms will be allocated to Showcase Level Partner Attendees within the partner hotel block. Booking beyond the approved allotment is not permitted without prior approval from ePlus and may result in reservation cancellation.
IMPORTANT DETAILS:
- Event participants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations within the ePlus Partner room block.
- Partners must complete their event registration first, before receiving access to the hotel reservation link.
- Rooms will be available on a first come, first serve basis.
